Production
Fundy Fun Gear uses third-party printers based in Canada. Using DTG (Direct-To-Garment) and DTF (Direct-To-Film) allowing for better saturations and deeper, richer designs. To maintain print quality, be sure to follow care instructions provided.
 
Cartooned Gear Order Process
Original images and name customizations must be uploaded during product selection. Compatible image format is .jpeg. Fundy Fun Gear will send a single, final mock-up of the customized image and product to the email address provided at checkout. If the mock-up is not satisfactory, you must reply to the email thread within 24 hours of receiving it to request a refund. If no refund is requested within that timeframe, the design will automatically proceed to print. Once printed, all sales are final. For more information, please refer to our reprint policy.

Production Times
Production Times are based on the third-party printer and can fluctuate based on volume. Standard production times for tees, hoodies, and hats ranges from 1-3 days. High volume or complex orders can increase production times.

Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping fees are generated based on the printers manufacturing location, and may vary based on delivery location. Additional shipping options may be provided.
